Peace Out!

I’ve always had a flare (so punny!) for 70’s inspired clothing. I just always felt like it went with my look, which is always confirmed when I look at pictures of my mom from the 70’s and we have the same hairstyle. Why change a good thing?! But in all seriousness I’ve just always been drawn to it.

This Patrons of Peace, “Peace Out”, blouse really caught my eye because I loved the pattern, the crochet detail, and of course the open back. I felt that the peace sign cutout was so subtle that it was a peace sign that this top can be worn on a normal basis, and not just for a concert or something. Back to the crochet though. How pretty is it? It adds such a nice detail without being too over the top or too revealing. I think it shows the perfect amount of skin. I obviously had to pair it with my trusty Parker Smith Jeans since they just go so perfectly with the style of the top!

PB&J Boutique has so many adorable choices that you’ll have trouble narrowing it down! Plus a great deal of the things are under $50, which is always a huge bonus! Another bonus is that they offer free shipping both ways! That is seriously the only way to shop.

Something else I want to point out is my wedges. I know you can’t really see them in the photo but I got them last year and they’re still going strong this year! The fact that they keep restocking them just shows how perfect they are! They are SO comfortable and really go with everything. Plus I like pairing my flares with wedges, it just makes more sense to me than other shoes.

What is your take on reliving the 70’s through fashion?
